A new tornado watch has been issued, stretching out to the east and covering the remainder of southern Ohio until 7 pm. The watch extends to parts of West Virginia, exacerbating the already high levels of anxiety and trepidation.

To add to the confusion, the first tornado watch of the day has been issued for parts of Ohio, specifically including Scioto County, with a deadline of 6 p.m. on Monday, February 27th.
