They are excellent communicators, and are capable of managing complex situations, securing important goals, developing plans and securing the necessary funding.
An administrator also has the ability to work with people from various backgrounds. Students who come from different cultures and socioeconomic statuses can be an asset to a school, but if administrators fail to recognize the differences and potential conflicts, they could lead to problems for everyone involved. Creating a positive learning environment that is free from bias, harassment and prejudice is another responsibility of the administrator. This will also ensure that each student feels welcome and respected as they pursue their education.
